Refund policy

Handmade means one-of-a-kind.
Tiny variations in colour, weave, or print are not flaws — they’re proof that your piece was made by human hands, not machines.

We’re happy to help with an exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Clothing doesn’t fit right.

Exchange window: Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

How it works:
1. Send us an email on info.mightymare@gmail.com
2. Once approved, send the product back in unused condition with tags and original packaging.
3. After we receive it, we’ll ship out your replacement.

Not eligible for exchange: Sale or discounted products

Please note:
- The products can be exchanged with other products of similar value.
- We cannot arrange a return pick up for you.
- If the products are found to be used or damaged, we will not be able to help you with exchange.
- For exchanges, we don’t do refunds — instead, you’ll receive a replacement product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of heart? No worries — you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After dispatch:
Once your product is on its way, cancellation isn’t possible (your bag/clothing is already galloping towards you).

Refunds:
For cancelled orders (within the 24-hour window), we’ll issue a full refund back to your bank account in 7–10 working days.

Please note:
mightymare.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in
reasonable time.
